TAXES
- 7% Puerto Rico Room Tax will be added to your reservation total and paid on your behalf to PR Tourism Company.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 50% deposit is charged at booking time, which is refundable up to 15 days before your arrival date.
- if you cancel within 14 days of arrival, your 50% deposit becomes non refundable.
- 50% remainder of the stay is charged at 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you lose full stay amount.
- If you booked directly with us (on our website), you can cancel with us directly by emailing us at info@mipanavieques.com or calling 787-556-4581. If you booked through an engine such as bookings, expedia, Airbnb or another booking system, you must cancel through them first and then forward us your cancellation email.
PARKING
- Free parking available on the lawn in front of the building. Ample street parking is also available. For golf carts only, additional parking is available on the left side of the building, inside the gate.

CHECK IN
- Check is now fully contactless & self-guided, you will receive detailed instructions for checking in (including passcodes and wi-fi information) the day of your arrival. Please check your texts or WhatsApp for this information the day of arrival.
- Check in is anytime after 3pm but you are welcome to drop off luggage at the storage area and go to the beach! Please check your texts or WhatsApp for instructions the day of arrival. We accept no liability for valuables left in communal storage area or any losses anywhere on the property.
CHECK OUT
- Please check out by 11am so that our crew can clean the apartment before 3pm check-in. Guests will be charged a $50 late checkout fee if they have not vacated their apartment by 11 am. There will be an extra $100 charge if the cleaning staff needs to pack and move your luggage out of the apartment themselves.
- When checking out of your apartment, please leave your key in the lockbox next to your room door. To guarantee that you are not charged for a lost key, your keys MUST be left in this key box. Keys left on beds, kitchen surfaces or in other spots in the apartment may not be found by staff.
- Please leave all the dishes in the kitchen clean and put your garbage in the blue drums located on the left side of the building
- You can leave luggage in the storage area if you have a late departure. You may use the outside shower to freshen up before your ferry trip or flight. Please leave beach towels in the hamper provided.

NOISE, OCCUPANCY & BUGS
- We have excellent sound deadening windows, but an occasional rooster crow or loud car noise may get through.
- Common areas quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am.
- Amplified music must not be audible outside the apartments.
- All apartments have a stated maximum occupancy and cannot be rented or shared by more guests than stated in the apartment description.
- We try very hard to keep the outside out, but this is the Caribbean and lizards, mosquitoes, birds, spiders, water bugs, fire ants and even the occasional iguana will wander into the property. You can help prevent this by storing food inside the refrigerator.
DAMAGES & OTHER CHARGES
- We keep a copy of your credit card on file during your stay in case of damages (cost varies) or lost keys ($20). If your booking site does not provide us with a credit card number (and they sometimes do not) we will ask for a credit card when you arrive. If you do not have a valid credit card you will not be able to stay with us.
- There will be a charge if bedding, towels or other items are damaged or missing upon checkout. Cost will depend on the current local price to replace those items.
- Smoking is only permitted outside the building. Guests who smoke inside the apartments are subject to a $200 fine.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
- Children under the age of eighteen are welcome to stay as long as there is an adult present on the same reservation to accompany them.
- Please do not leave small children unattended in outdoor spaces.
SERVICE ANIMALS
- Service Animals are permitted on property with a registration form filled out and presented upon arrival. There is also a mandatory deposit of $200 for service animals, that will be returned to you upon a clean inspection of room at check-out.
- Mi Pana has a no pet policy, which extends to all pets except registered service animals.
